Vocal giving one grand to ten instead of ten grands to one

The other night

Starting off the new year with positive vibes

And fond wishes of health and wealth

While trying to balance my accounts

Which, I must confess

Are in woeful need of attention

And a lot of extra cash

I fell asleep with visions of unwritten stories

Flying and floating around in my head

But one in particular stood out

Vocal had changed it's policy

Of awarding ten thousand bucks to one

And are now spreading the booty all around

Instead of ten thousand bucks to only one

There is now one thousand bucks to ten

And so on, etcetera and etcetera

Oh joy! A chance to make nine or more people glad

I laughed rather loudly and maniacally

Oh happy days, joy to the world

The time had come for me to win

Seriously serious cash and money

Then alas! I woke up

Gosh darn it.

I was only dreaming!

Sigh!

I am joining my voice

To ask for a sharing of the dough

I once asked if they needed help at Vocal

Stories were taking a while to be read

We all know how hard they work

And how ungrateful we can be sometimes

I think they got somewhat annoyed with me

Next thing I Know

Stories were being read at lightning speed

So, why do I think that they are still mad at me

I offer new ideas, not a wish to criticize

Please let me off of the naughty list
