I don’t want to go to school today,
Just want to stay home and play
Video games, video games
That sun is out,
It’s warm today,
I’ll open my blinds,
While I play
Video games
Mumma says I’m missing out
On all the things that life’s about
But every day, in games I play
I’m making new friends on the way
There’s even some that are her age
So, I don’t think it’s just a stage
That I play
Video games, video games
Mumma signed me up for sport
Begged me please, give it a thought
She doesn’t see its sport I play
When I’m in my room all day
With my
Video games, my video games
Even if I go to school
I know the things that I may learn
Won’t compare in any way
To the money I could earn
Playing
Video games
So, I don’t want to go to school today,
Just want to stay home and play
Video games, video games
I’ve even found a new degree
That I know is right for me
I’ll own a house
I’ll buy a car
But I won’t have to
Drive too far
Because my office home will be
A little haven, just for me
Designing
Video games, video games
It’s a new world that I’m living in,
And I know that she can’t understand
That the footprint that I’ll leave behind
Is one upon a virtual land
And I don’t want to go to school today,
Just want to stay home and play
Video games, video games, video games, video games
