In this cold and unforgiving sea,

I am tossed and tumbled upon the rocks.

Beaten and broken upon the jagged stone,

Hoping and pleading that I'm not alone.

Reaching for a hand,

My sweet security.

Can you hear my screams so loud?

Can you see me slipping further down?

Do you know how to save me?

Will you let me sink beneath it all?

Lost in this wasteland of pain,

My heart full of hurt and disdain.

You've gone too far,

Don't want me no more.

You're never coming back,

I know this now.

So I will let you go,

And let this current take me down.
