Up in the sky
Darkness all around
The twinkle in the distant
A paradise we sought
But as the twinkle grows
Lower to the ground
My mind between the clouds
I see paradise naught
For some we treat cruel
While a few on pedestals
We are not human
as we lack the kind
Up in the sky
I see the twinkle of life
But the closer I get
Only the ugly survives
Up in the sky
In the metal plane
I recognize
The human agility
Up in the sky
I wish for better
But only up in the sky
I see my responsibility
