The daughter of silence
It all started when Echo was five. She kept having these nightmares where she would just fall into a dark pit, screaming insanely loud, yet no one, not even her own parents would hear her. It was terrifying. But the most horrible part was that when she'd wake up panting, her parents were nowhere to be found, just like in her dream. She'd always cry herself to sleep alone and helpless.

I like this! We always want to touch the sky, but where does it actually begin? Good poem.
Life is like a rollercoaster. Once are we up and once are we down. To reach the end, we have to live both. There is no way back. Only few people can say at the end, "I was always up". However even if I feel I am down there are a lot of people who would feel my situation as "up". Be positive! Always can be lower.
