Taken too soon by a tragedy, our fellow Vocal Creator Tom Bradbury passed away this week. Things haven't been the same since! Everyone is stricken with grief, sadness, and disbelief at the sudden turn of events. In the spirit of mourning, I've written a poem to honor his memory. Please enjoy.
Raising sheep with a warm heart,
Within a dilapidated mill, renovated with love.
Now swept away by clouds; a premature restart,
Tending the wayward flocks above.
🐑🐑🐑🐑
All is lost but not forgotten.
Tears shed with hugs to follow,
A landslide of emotions softened by cotton.
The reality is a bitter pill to swallow.
🐑🐑🐑🐑
Sipping on dandelion lemonade made with care,
Observing delinquent lambs causing trouble.
Realizing that he won't be there
To burst their chaotic bubble.
🐑🐑🐑🐑
Losing Tom was the greatest crime, but it's not goodbye,
It's seeing you later; until next time.
