Unseen Beauty

So magical

An orange and red sky

With a hint of pink

And blue peeking through

How magical, who knew

The epicenter of this storm

Would be so dazzling

That it painted the sky

Please don't leave

Not yet at least

I want to admire you

I want to feel you

Your warmth so kind

Your golden radiance

Your light so bright

I have such obedience

For you, I guess it can't be helped

It's the moon's turn now

I guess it's time I slept

I'll wait for you

In this midnight sky

I never thought I'd see

I see your mirror looking down at me

Peaking through my window drapes

It's so beautiful am I too late

I've never seen such dark skies with beauty

Where have you been hiding all this time?

Was it my fault I never saw your shine?

Please forgive me for not noticing

Your stars and your cool white light

I'll stay with you
