We smile in frames, in filtered light.
But cry alone in endless night.
We capture joy, the staged, the bright.
And hide the truth just out of sight.
A thousand hearts might tap and glow.
But none will feel the ache we know.
Behind the lens, beneath the glow.
Are battles no one sees or shows.
We crop the grief, delete the tear.
We mask the doubt, we mute the fear.
“I'm fine,” we write, so crystal clear.
But drown in silence year to year.
We pose with strength, though breaking slow.
We share our highs—not when we’re low.
For likes don’t come when pain must grow.
And healing never steals the show.
The sleepless nights, the anxious screams.
The haunted echoes of lost dreams.
The weight of "should’ve," "could’ve" themes.
they live inside, where no one streams.
Yet here you are, still holding tight.
Still waking up to daily fight.
No need for filters in this light.
Your scars are proof you burn so bright.
So if you’re hurting, know this space.
You’re not alone, not out of place.
There’s quiet love in silent grace.
Not every war needs public face.
"Enjoy the poem, embrace the pain, and don’t panic."
