TWO LITTLE GIRLS

Two little girls, a friendship made to last

Two little girls ,and a magic looking glass

One called Layla, one called Emily

Take a trip into their world, and see what they can see

Playing in the garden, running on the grass

They see all sorts of pretty things, and the looking glass

They take a step toward it, to see what they can see

Then something magic happened, not known to you and me

They started with a finger, and then they tried their hand

And then before they knew it, they were in another land

They’d only gone right through it, to a world with purple grass

They’d only gone right on through, that magic looking glass

Ahead they saw some unicorns grazing in a field

A huge fluorescent fairground , with a bright pink Ferris wheel

The trees were topped with candy, the flowers made of cake

And something lay ahead of them .. a chocolate milkshake lake!

After riding unicorns and flying through the air,

They played upon the fair rides ,in this world without a care

They ate the flowers fruity cakes, and some candy from the trees

They spoke to pretty fairies who only want to please

Some lovely friends were made ,through the magic glass that day

They promised to return again, and knew how to find their way

For the looking glass is in us all, it’s deep within our mind

And if you care to look for it, adventures you will find
