Rich memories kept, from woes I will run.
Ashes to dust, I relinquish the past.
Twenty, twenty four a new life begun.

Not one or two, numberless years amassed.

New dreams, bright hopes, dawn with the rising sun,
embracing new life, each breath unsurpassed.

By bread alone and emotional crumbs,
my world is dying, entombed, and wormcast.

L’Chaim, to life, engage and become
completely transformed for troubles have passed.
Twenty, twenty four. A new life begun.

Resolved, this Year the Dragon will come.
A chance to seize life, courageous and jazzed.
