Get into your comfee clothes, find a comfortable spot to sit or lay down.
Turn off everything around you, phones, TV, technology ingeneral.
Don't forget your favourite drink and time to relax and breath.
Your thoughts and feelings are your own responsibility, they don't matter to anyone else,
Other people can't help you with how you feel or help you regulate your emotions.
We are here today to get your feelings and emotions incheck because you are probably feeling overwhelmed- stressed out- feeling like you are about to explode on the inside from daily life.
We are here today to take a step back to breath- we are going to take a deep breath
What are we feeling? All of these pent up feelings that we have inside we need to get rid of them.
How does one even get rid of pent up feelings? By finding out what those feelings are and the cause of those feelings.
Make changes in daily life and getting to the route cause of them will fix those nasty feelings.
This will lead to a lifetime of freedom of yourself and make a lifetime so much easier.
