Never Forget

The years have past

And the fear has ceased

The memory is lost

As we move on with our lives.

/

What’s left to remember

The fear the blame

The men and women lost or the men and women brave

How much does it take to know we are safe

/

The tragedy

The loss

Is what it took to be united

What will it take to find this same unity once again

/

Not another tragedy

Not more loss

Let’s find peace without the hurt

Let’s find peace and love today

/
