Make Me

A poem

Make me into a masterpiece

Shape me into what I could never be

Flatten me out to remove the crease

That keeps me from finding perfection

/

Make me into somebody you want to know

Someone you want to be with

Mold me like a piece of dough

To make me into your prized treasure

/

Make me into something worth keeping

Shape me into a trophy or a medallion

Something people don’t want to lose

Shape me into something that people find value in
