True Love Never Fades

by Kasey Edwards

By Kasey EdwardsPublished 3 years ago β€’ 1 min read

As the sun set over the deserted peaceful beach, she sat alone, lost in thought. The sound of waves crashed against the shore, a soothing melody. She closed her eyes, taking a breath of salty air. Suddenly, she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned around to see him standing there, a bouquet of flowers in his hand. "I'm sorry," he said, "I was wrong." She looked into his eyes, and for the first time in months, she felt hope. They walked along the beach, hand in hand, leaving their troubles behind. The sun had set,but their love had risen.
