It’s hard to live in black and white
Such stark contrast
It’s either all or nothing
But what about us
That live in color
Seeing Red isn’t always bad
It keeps me grounded
Strengthening and nurturing my roots
Keeping me present in the moment
The warm sensuality of Orange
Soothes my vibrations
Driving my inspiration
and self worthiness
My power is in Yellow
The color of friendship
Optimism and joy
Giving me confidence to
Thrive in this hue of abundance
My nature is Green
With love and harmony
The balance needed for my
Heart to have a true awakening
The calming clarity of Blue
Makes it easier
To find my voice
Amplifying my self expressions
Indigo’s richness
Narrows my focus
Transforming my intuition
To visualize myself
In my highest potential
The regal tone of Violet
Drives my self awareness
Keeping my crown
Filled with wisdom
Seeing the best in myself
And the world beyond me
Living and loving in color
Forever identifying
New and beautiful
Aspects of ones self
The true colors of inner peace

What Happens To Your Brain When You Stop Multitasking
Digital technology is the culprit that is causing us to doom scroll when tired, disengaged and unmotivated with the content that motivated you to log onto your device to consume in the first place. That is only the beginning. In the modern workplace (and even when filing cabinets were around, I confirmed this with my adopted parents to get my facts right); reading files while you are supposed to be present to the caller on the other end of the phone line is another classic example of multitasking that causes your brain (although adaptable and intelligent) to lose focus and concentration.
