True color love

Colored and Gay

By Sheila WarePublished 5 years ago 1 min read

True color love

Color upon my face

Is what you see

Not in the rainbow but upon me

A color so beautiful

So rich and so pure

True color love

Intertwined with the same sex

Judged but not fazed

For we are equally the same

True color love

Separated but one

We sprout when in rain and sun

True color love

Stronger than ever

Let our voices be heard

Let our words touch all

True color love

As we march in the streets

Fighting for what’s right

We scream

We shout

Ensuring they know

True color love
