I have climbed my way out of the void, stood upon the edge, and stared into the vast, familiar emptiness.
-
I have emerged from the chaos - wrapping my wounds and drying my tears.
-
I have fallen from the heights, picked myself up, and dusted myself off.
-
I felt wiser.
-
I felt stronger.
-
I felt grounded.

Resilience is such a good thing. And it can't be done well without wisdom. Well done, Brett!
Oooo, just like a phoenix rising from the ashes. Loved your poem!
Your words about climbing out of the void really resonate. We all have those ups and downs in life, and it's inspiring to read.
I love the quiet strength in this!
