Treading the Break of Dawn

So silently the earth is quaking
As daylight pierces the atmosphere
The light of dawn is now breaking
A fresh new morning will soon appear
The black of darkness is rolling away
The sun begins to shine
Making room for the entrance of a new day
The handiwork of the Divine
Radiant light bursts through the sky
Announcing a brand new start
Birds are chirping as they fly
The night is forced to depart
As the glory of morning unfolds
How blessed are those who look upon
A brand new story untold
At the breaking of a new dawn

What a poignant depiction of dawn's quiet revolution—light piercing the veil of night, ushering in that sacred renewal. I especially love how you personify the darkness rolling away, almost reluctantly, making way for the divine canvas of a new day. It stirs a gentle reminder of nature's rhythms and our own chances for fresh beginnings. Thank you for this evocative piece.
