Trauma

a trip to my past

By Lucia MPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

I will never forget

That huge smile that appeared on your face

When you stole my innocence

Tracing your fingers on my skin like a map,

Reaching for my spot ready to be colonized.

The lies escaping from your lips,

As you placed them on mine

And continued to say how to show you cared for someone

But you really used me for your own pleasure

Taking advantage of my naivety.

Ill never forget the fear that built within me as the years went by,

Hopeless and alone

Feeling shameful, blaming my self

For allowing you to touch me,

Make me feel unexplainable things

How could you?

You were supposed to be my protector.

You were supposed to be my role model and guide me

Instead you chose to be a predator.

You didn’t think the age would matter,

You just saw me as a piece of meat.

Was your hand not enough for you?

Did you have to fool my young mind

And use me as a tool for your sexual frustration?
