Training the mind is important
because in our lives
It is normal to encounter things that are not as we wish
Whether objects, people, or situations
These are all based on change
We cannot control all of them
We can't rush to change everyone
Do everything in life to please
People with a good quality of mind
And people with a bad quality of mind
Will have different perspectives in understanding
And pain in life
This is the reason
That we must always examine our minds
How strong and strong we are at the moment
Many problems will not be problems
If we have a strong mind
And many big problems
Will become small problems
If we have good determination
Who can control everything
Because we are still in the world
Some days it rains, some days it is sunny
Both leaves fall and flowers bloom
It is the season, the nature of life
We can't be stubborn
Choose only one side that we like
What we can do is to be prepared
Always train our mind... that's all...
