To Enjoy What You Have Today

“Happiness
is not about getting all you want,
it is about
enjoying all you have”
Just as happiness is a way of life,
appreciating and enjoying everything we have today
also brings us happiness.
This includes
the people in our lives.
Happiness
is not about the amount of possessions we have,
but
it is about cherishing what and who is in front of us
and in our lives today,
now.
When we recognize
the value of the ‘gifts’ and ‘blessings’ we have now,
we become much more
content and settled within ourselves.
Again,
it all starts in the mind.
Train the mind
to be content and happy
with what you have now
— and you will be.
