Touching My Soul

Touching My Soul

Verse 1:

In the silence of the heart, where the shadows softly lie,

I felt a spark igniting, even before the first goodbye.

His laughter danced like fireflies, lighting up the night,

A connection deep and timeless, that felt so perfectly right.

Chorus:

He touched my soul long before I knew,

What his hands felt like, or the love that would bloom.

In a world of whispers, our hearts intertwined,

With every silent moment, he was always on my mind.

Verse 2:

We’d share those stolen glances, like secrets in the air,

Unspoken words between us, a bond so rare and fair.

I could hear the music playing in the spaces in between,

A melody that called me home, a love I’d never seen.

Chorus:

He touched my soul long before I knew,

What his hands felt like, or the love that would bloom.

In a world of whispers, our hearts intertwined,

With every silent moment, he was always on my mind.

Bridge:

Now every kiss is electric, every touch ignites the fire,

From the depths of my spirit, he pulls my every desire.

But it started way before our bodies came alive,

In the echoes of our laughter, our souls began to thrive.

Verse 3:

So here we stand together, where our journeys have led,

Through the dance of life, it’s a love that can’t be fed.

I knew him in the stillness, in the quiet of the night,

Before I felt his touch, I felt our hearts take flight.

Chorus:

He touched my soul long before I knew,

What his hands felt like, or the love that would bloom.

In a world of whispers, our hearts intertwined,

With every silent moment, he was always on my mind.

Outro:

So here’s to the connection that transcends time and space,

A love that needs no boundaries and leaves a lasting trace.

He touched my soul, and it’s clear to see,

Our hearts were always closer than what the eyes believe.
