Saddening the days that birth sorrow,

When dreams wished fulfilled turn cold,

Yet as there is a new day lay waiting tomorrow,

A chance anew waiting to unfold.

When two are one and you the third,

The world tilts out of your favor,

Yet the day renewed this assured,

To try something new and this to savor.

So fear not the impending truth,

For everyday will not last in sorrow,

Your mind reassured and so will sooth,

For there ever will and always will be

a new tomorrow.

About the Creator

Liam Macmillan

I am a person who believes in individual expression, after recent years, I have lost yet gained so much, becoming more and more intrigued by what the world has to offer. Writing helps reflect on this, and I hope to show new perspectives.
