Toe Nails Are not my thing

Disgusting feet but your heart is true ♥️

Toe Nails Are not my thing

I would do anything for you, it’s true,

From climbing mountains to fetching the moon,

I’d hold your hand through stormy seas,

And calm your worries with gentle ease.

I’d bake your favorite, knead the dough,

Travel far where you want to go,

Clean the house, the garden too,

But your toenails? I just can’t do.

They curl like claws, a dreadful sight,

Yellowed edges, no longer white,

And fungus ripe, with a smell so strong,

Forgive me, love, but this feels wrong.

So ask me for stars, for skies of blue,

For anything else I’ll gladly pursue,

But this one task, I must decline,

Your toes, my love, will never be mine!

One must always do their own toenails. What a humorous poem and good job.

The photo of the toenails made my stomach turn, and I agree with you about the toe nail thing, it's not my thing either. Good poem, however.
