My dear Jane,

Your poor shoulders are so strong and yet I do wish your heavy loads could be unburdened.

I know that one day you’ll be able to be carried away and taken care of. I can’t help but say that I wish to be that man for you, deeply. I wish you to find your true flame, even as we hold a cherished string that cannot be broken.

In either fashion, I’d extend my heart and hand as your forever companion and best confidant. As always.

You churn out the most intense and mystical images in my brain and have them come to life, as you are my muse and my dear friend.

I dare-say that I will one day, hopefully soon, ring you, but right now I’m under mad chains scraping off into my ears, pulling me into the far side of a strange sort of purgatory, worse than hell.

Much love, always,

Edward

Wow! Never thought of writing a letter in the form of a poem. I enjoyed this and left a heart.
