How much of my comfort

would I surrender to my steel armor?

Perhaps I must seek my soul

by the country side farmer?

-

Where only sweat and silence

are my partners in hunching

and beauty bears her blossoms

when the bees begin their munching.

-

Where not an eye or a finger

can see or point and lock me in.

Where the fight isn't between the birds and I,

but only to find how both can win.

-

But then, not a heart can feel along

for the endless lush fields possess no pain,

and mourn does not the butterfly's wings

and clouds only cry in rain.

-

Necessity still calls for society,

with all her pores and flaws.

and people still need people

whether thier fists or applause.

-

Only myself is to blame

If my indivuality is lost,

the product can be worth in goods

the amount of the cost.
