Life, to me, is experience—
the good and the bad,
the joy and the heartbreak,
the moments that lift me up
and the ones that leave me undone.
I wanted to feel it all—
to fall in love,
to hold your hand,
to look into your eyes
and also to know the ache of distance,
the quiet pain of longing,
the tenderness of missing you.
It doesn't mean I'm ready for all of it.
It doesn't mean I handle it well.
I get affected—deeply.
I carry regrets.
I hold onto dreams,
and wishes I barely say out loud.
Sometimes,
I'm not even thankful
for the very things I once begged for.
But those experiences—
they’ve made me who I am.
So I’ll keep welcoming more.
Even the hard ones.
Because there’s still so much I can change—
still so much I can become.
To be better.
For you.

This is so relatable. Wanting to grow and change, but not always sure if you're ready. But still, wanting to be the best version of yourself for those you love.
