When a heart is broken,

it triggers strife.

But when a shell is broken,

It builds a life.

*

I once thought broken things

are doomed to gloom.

But today I learned

That Broken brings bloom.

*

The wild waves

through the shells around.

But, they crack and burst

once on solid ground.

*

A world of warmth

and a dosage of love

can lift from the dust

to high above.

*

Every shattered wall

tells a silent story

Of a pain that was uncovered

to lead to joyous glory!
