The central thought of the CEO’s role
Is a sentry on guard against all wrong.
Maligned, spat upon, and mocked as a whole,
The dollar is their everlasting song.
The left and the right both trample on names.
They don’t relent from the onslaught of spite.
Whenever the cannon of critique aims,
It is at the heads of those who must fight.
CEOs are gatekeepers on this globe.
Without them, the world would simply sputter
And stop. They’re the ear and the world’s the lobe.
They’re ready and poised when all’s aflutter.
Respect must be paid to every titan.
Who ensures that days forever brighten.
