Time Stamp.
Beginning of the end.

Someone told my mother,
“Do not worry about her.
God has woven her story;
She is safely in His hands.”
I have a new song,
a hit already on Heaven’s radio.
I wonder if I will ever
record it in the studio.
But if not,
the draft I made
on my phone
will do the honors,
bringing smiles
where they are needed most.
A date is promised,
an open door,
yet I do not know
where it will lead.

After reading this. I feel like mourning. Mourning for what I do not know. But as this poem moves me, I know it was good. Because only a good poem brings colour to the emotion. Allowing it to me recognised by the host, the person feeling it. So fantastic work here Cathy 🤗❤️
I love how you blend life, music, and uncertainty into something hopeful and tender.
Oooo, this was very optimistic. Sending you lots of love and hugs ❤️
Poignant and beautiful, Cathy.
