Tick-tock, tick-tock, the clock's hands dance,

Creating a mesmerizing trance.

But is time truly what it seems,

Or just a figment of our wildest dreams?

Each second passes in a blur,

But do we really know for sure

If time is linear, or circular,

Or simply an elaborate trickular?

The clock's face spins round and round,

But does it really keep us bound

To the constraints of past and future,

Or can we break free from its suture?

Time's illusion is a mystery,

A riddle wrapped in history.

But perhaps if we dare to see,

We can unlock time's true beauty.

So let us ponder and reflect,

On time's illusion, its intricate aspect.

For in its depths, we may find

A truth that escapes the confines of the mind.
