Chased the thrill too far,

called it WONDER, called it FATE,

now the hole calls back.

Such a tight evocative poem it’s amazing how much emotion is packed in so few words.

  • Wow! Now that's thrilling indeed!

I won't lie, this picture tried to freak me out a wee bit lol 😵‍💫😬 It says "adventure and risk wrapped with a sparkly bow for good measure "

  • Yikes!! Chase something too far, and one gets swallowed up in it. They call that...obsession! Well done Komal!!! Well said, my friend.

Well-wrought! Indeed, stare long into the abyss and it stares into you, eh?

I love how you’ve captured that mix of awe and danger that comes with chasing something too far.

A great haiku. The danger zone.

Your haiku feels very apt and timely for the modern life, Thrill chasing really is risky, aside from the possibility of tempting one into physical danger, it just makes peace and contentment seem boring. Great poem!
