Three Daughters Are My Dream

On my worst day, I was smoking a cigarette and drinking beer on my balcony.

Two girls were waving at me from the window of my apartment building across the street.

I hid my cigarette and beer inside so they wouldn't show.

For 20 minutes, we played a game of thrones with the girls in the apartment across the street.

It was as if God had given me the ultimate reason to quit drinking.

From that day on, I only dream of three girls.

From now on, I only care about my three future daughters.

I really like how this piece shifts from a small, ordinary moment into something so meaningful.
