The one perfectly compatible soul
One day you’ll meet that one compatible soul
The one your heart has been longingly craving,
You will feel like you’ve known this soul forever
Their name tattooed on your skin, an engraving.

I know you worry at times due to your darkness
That side of you that you detest, your wildness,
I promise there’s really no need, you’re perfect
A perfect design for them, you are at your best.

Others have come before and yes they’ve run
Not understanding your heart, your darkness,
They have missed out on the perfection of you
For their cowardice, I promise you’ll be blessed.

The being that’s your match, your true soulmate
Will stay with you through your ups and downs,
They’ll honour your very existence, your love
Everyday life will be your fun-time playground.

I understand your concern, believe me I do
It’s your wildness you feel they’ll want to flee,
When in fact, I promise it’s the total opposite
Your true soulmate will hunger for it, you’ll see!
