The World!

Desires? Against this cruels??

By The Mysterious DuoPublished 9 months ago • 1 min read

Whatever I desired was always far,

This cruel world snatched all I loved so far.

Lost in her dreams, she found her way,

Promised to stay, yet walked away.

She claimed she was shattered, torn apart,

But gathered herself with a mended heart.

While I remain broken, waiting in vain,

She built her dreams, escaping the pain.

Worse than death, her memories remain,

Dragging me back to sorrow's domain.

Neither they leave, nor let me be free,

These memories burn, yet refuse to flee.

Would you like me to refine this further?
