THE WORDSMITH’S PERSPECTIVE: Prophecy In Pain
“My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Why art thou so far from helping me, from the words of my groaning?” Psalms 22:1 RSV

These words I pen,
Heavy with the weight of emotions I bear,
Through my terrains I tranverse in depth-
In hopes that they will forever intertwine with your spirit.
Guide me through this erratic journey,
While I remain unperturbed by those who fail to comprehend.
___
The mysteries behind what I write are mine alone to know,
But if you listen closely to the veils wrapped around these verses,
You'll glimpse into my mind, though it's shrouded in a puzzle.
With a moment's pause, a willingness to delve deeper, and the humility to inquire,
You too may uncover the connections.
___
Yet once shared, a writer's work transcends their own control;
It becomes yours to interpret as you will.
Thus, I savor the intricate words I choose, placing them with care,
Allowing you the freedom to find meaning wherever your heart leads.
___
"My God, my God, why have You forsaken me?"
These words, uttered on the cross by our Savior divine,
Interpreted by many through their own state of mind-
Often seen as a cry of weakness, a desperate plea for relief.
But even in His suffering, He held firm to His prophecy,
Voicing pain and vulnerability, embedding His mission of hope.
His words, though cloaked in sorrow, bore a purpose far greater than they had known.
___
The truth in major writings remains hidden deep within,
Veiled to keep the shallow from grasping it,
Revealing itself only to those who truly seek.
Those with preconceived notions still-
Yet willing to lay them aside a while,
To unlock the prophecy concealed within the wordsmith's perspective.
