We've all been there: tucked away by the voices of others, we forget our own voices. Life, as every man is alone walking, is always a mix of a smile and a tear. Call me stubborn, but we’ve toughed it out, dealt with the pain, and often come out stronger for it.

But when we get to the point that we share these struggles feel with other people, they just dismiss it or may even express a slight satisfaction. It's a harsh reality: people indulge themselves more than concern and care for our plight. As much as this realization may be uncomfortable at times it is also liberating.

We need to unlearn how to depend on people To gain ourselves back. We have to carry our burdens in our own hands, the only time we learn and transform is when we’re alone. By doing that we build strength that can be used to deal with future difficulties.

In the words of gurus, you cannot turn the clock back, and crying will only increase the pain. It is again the implication that only through toil therefore can one chart a way out of the blackness.

Let’s be prepared to receive the good things in life just as we prepare our selves to receive the bitter moments in life. This they did, knowing that by ridding themselves of unwanted feelings one remains in peace to conquer the storms that come. Always realize that this is our road; this is our path and the benefits and glorious are ours.
