The Weight of Life

A guide to disappear

When the weight of life feel's like a thousand ships,

Tied to your waste on the side of a cliff,

You're hanging on but you're losing grip,

Praying, that the rock won't slip,

Still,

A part of you hopes that it will,

You want to let go,

All for the thrill,

Fall away,

Disappear,

Into the dark abyss,

When the weight of life feel's like a thousand ships.

...

So what do you do?

Hear my instructions.

Escape from reality, secure the disruption.

Yearly destruction will beat you and break you,

Take a break, reawaken, embrace where it takes you.

The river flows, so flow with the river.

The birds and the turtles, the flappers and flippers.

Float on the breeze, fly away from your worries,

Relax and breathe, there's no need to hurry!

...

If you don't understand, the first step is simple,

Curve your lips up 'til your cheeks show a dimple,

Smile and laugh, leave all screens behind,

Then follow the map to a spot off the lines,

A place untouched, preserved in it's beauty,

The natural presence of life in it's prime,

Sit with the trees, they speak when you listen,

They'll help you erase the illusion of time,

Watch as the rabbit, runs with no where to be,

Listen as the Robbins, sing sweet melodies,

Climb with the squirrels, buzz with the bee's,

Disappear from the human constructed disease,

Go back to your roots,

Healing the brain,

Whatever helps you heal from your pain,

Waltz in the wind, dance in the rain,

Adjust and make changes, reprogram the weather,

Until the weight of life feel's like one single feather.
