After the ceremony, she approached Amaree, who was surrounded by admirers. "Congratulations, Amaree," Eliza said, extending her hand. Amaree looked at her, surprised, before shaking her hand.
"You too, Eliza. You were actually really good." Eliza nodded, appreciating the gesture. "This isn’t over, though. I’ll be back next year, and I plan to win." Amaree raised an eyebrow, a hint of respect in her eyes.
"I look forward to it." Over the following months, Eliza threw herself into her music with renewed vigor. She took voice lessons, worked on her stage presence, and even started writing her own songs.
