In Bethlehem's manger, a cradle of straw,

A newborn child, a wondrous new law.

From Mary's pure womb, He came to the earth,

A beacon of hope, a divine birth.

A star shone so bright, guiding the way,

To witness the miracle of that day.

Wise men from afar, bearing their gifts,

Adoring the child, their hearts it lifts.

Angels sang praises, a heavenly choir,

Proclaiming the Savior, their hearts' desire.

In humble surroundings, a King was born,

To save all mankind, to end all scorn.

A child of promise, a symbol of peace,

His love and compassion, would never cease.

In Him, hope was found, a future so bright,

The Virgin Child, a shining light.
