The Unentangled
What’s a summer night on a Delaware beach like?
The hearty truth is a face without fear.
Summertime beckons for the brave to Come.
The time asks for warriors to be here.
Those beauties smile with their thoughts on their home.
When women go to Delaware beaches,
Then sand rises up like a red balloon.
As I see her, my mind then just reaches.
I see her face and frame under the moon.
The saltiness of the ocean sends forth
A tide that tastes like fresh oysters do, too.
The woman lives up to her own self worth.
She licks the lemon and the notes are true.
Her grin is a window with a cool breeze.
This summer night has created an ease.
