Delighting your iris
Like lilacs and violets
A kiss to your eyelids
Reflecting the light
Like a beacon
Refracting, reframing
swift molecules
Sometimes it’s hotter
And other times blinding
A mirror of all
In a sea of bright fibers
Rays shoot to and from
Holy sources that shine
From with in and beyond
Glowing, glimmering, strong
Like a wish or a song
Breaking bones but rebuilding
I thought it would kill
But I’m free and composed
Of what real
I choose truth
From the depths of the valley
Through tears of sweet sorrow
Too many to tally
The floodgates are open
But still, I choose truth
I choose truth
I choose truth
I choose truth
About the Creator
V. Florrié
Half angel, half flower.
Writing things down.
