The Tip Toeing Bird
A Chicken Inspired Poetic Ballet

Have you heard
Of the tip toeing bird
Prancing
Dancing
Escaping from the cage
Wanting the spotlighted stage
While at the bar
Hustling to be a star
A mango drink was ordered
Suddenly a reporter
Approached the fowl
Displaying a snarly growl
“You are a tip toeing bird
I have heard”
Said the journalism scribe
“I tried.
Prancing
Dancing
Escaping from the cage
Wanting the spotlighted stage”
To the performer’s wonder
There was clapping thunder
“That is great
I want to get things straight
Not dropping any broken shells
Or yoking gel
Instead, entertainment is your game
Fantasy and fame
Which holds no shame”
Hearing this
Made the chicken mist
“Correct my dear friend
Interpretive messages I do send
Nothing I do offends”
Tapping the notebook
Taking a good look
The correspondent wrote
“This chicken, got my vote.”
With the conversation complete
Advertising promotional heat
Instigated the tip toeing chicken fragile and sweet
Talented treat
Worth the money
Casted as a hen house honey
They started the show
And the ballerina exclaimed, “chicken go.”
Everybody now in place
Including the rocking rooster’s orchestra space
Giving one hundred percent
Athletic and emotions spent
Hoping the story never ends
About the honorable hoofing hens
Inspired by a choreographer's pen
