The Timeless Death

Never Was Able To Say My Last Goodbye To You

By Victorian Black Published 5 years ago 1 min read

Never Visited Grave

The grave-

It sat on the dark green grass

All alone

No flowers

No notes

Rain landing on this empty grave

Mast and a vines keeping family away

The rain- tears from the young lady

Who died to early

Her mother still alive

But she is four feet down

Sickness took her fast

Painfulness coursed through her bones

But the chemicals in heer blood blocked out the pain

Know she is four feet down

The brown wood mixing with the dirt on top

Four feet down

Dead

Dead

...Dead

Family watched over a screen as the young lady

Wholaughed

and

Took the sickness that killed her later braved beating it

But

It came back

Death knocking at her door

His scythe in hand

Four feet down

A young girl who is her descendant far away not able to be there-

For her family

She is stuck far far away

The masks keeping her safe

Parent finding it not worth flying over

In the death air machine that took them over seas

Too see her grieving family

No holidays would be the same

You would look for and not see the young lady

All of us loved

Can't give hugs to sad relatives

a screen separating them for there on safety

All they can do is love echo there

Why did god take her

None know

He sent death only a few month ago

to take her to wherever you go when you are

four feet down.

Darling don't cry for the young girl

She is a strong , stubborn , loved girl

But she will never be able to visit

Her poor nana’s grave

A virus that controls everything

controlling her gref.

About the Creator

Victorian Black

I have always loved writing, even if it can be challenging sometimes but that has never stopped me. I have always wanted to be an author. Many of my books take topics people are afraid to talk about, so I put that topic in my writing.
