The Tides of Touch:

Exploring the Ebb and Flow of Physical Connection

The tides of touch, they ebb and flow,

Like waves upon the shore,

A dance of give and take we know,

A rhythm to adore.

Sometimes they crash upon the beach,

With fierce and frantic force,

While other times they softly reach,

Like a gentle, loving source.

The tides of touch can soothe our souls,

And lift us up on high,

Or leave us stranded on the shoals,

In pain and feeling dry.

But even in those darkest hours,

When we feel lost and alone,

We know that touch has healing powers,

To make our hearts full grown.

So let us honor this dance of touch,

And cherish every wave,

For in its ebb and flow, we clutch,

The love that we crave.
