Will I one day be a star?
Looking out on the universe thinking
This all moves so fast
Thousands of years pass like moments
Millions like minutes
And yet as flickers of life come and go
Time slows down and I notice
Remembering my time with a body
With hope and fears and longing
Will I think, "Yes, I would like to try that again"?
Will I say, "This is how I will fight darkness next"?
Or have I already, the light and dust of stars
Condensced into this essence, this moment,
This blink of the universe's eye
