It’s okay to feel the exact opposite
It’s okay and senseless
Because it doesn’t derive from you
Common you
You who seemingly don’t react to us
Who shines its waves
Who burns me gently
I
love
that
They messed you up
Water and air are your ornaments
In our eyes, the ones who count
I look at you and realize how fast we’re moving
And that is just what it is
Waves are not just the wind blowing
And it’s okay
(This poem’s word count is 81 and it seems odd to me that it can’t be submitted to the poets community, I hope you’ll accept it)
