The beach.
The beginning and the end.
The alpha and omega.
The waves showcasing their power,
Onto the submissive sand.
The night,
Balmy and breezy with mystery.
The moon,
Impressively coercing the waves with its pull.
It’s only natural.
Nature producing union,
Under the guise of moonlight and tides.
Even though that would still not be the night I kissed him.
I couldn’t help but wonder if he saw the signs.
The magic billboard of glittering stars,
Saying, “Kiss her.”
