The Signs of the Divine

These signs weren’t

created in vain,

Those messengers didn’t

come just to perish,

The Earth doesn’t shiver

in play,

The rocks don’t tremble

in chase,

Those mountains don’t

cry but in fear,

That sky doesn’t stand

but in command,

Those clouds don’t thunder

but to warn,

The birds don’t hymn

but in His praise,

So what has hardened the

heart of this man,

That he does not even bow

in thanks,

To the one who first

fashioned this man !
