My wife just let out a scream!

In the bathroom she has been.

I rush to the scene,

to find a situation grim.

She is pointing and jumping around.

White as a sheet is her face.

For a heart attack she seems bound,

as she flees from the place.

When I look and I see,

the reason for her commotion.

On the floor an image dark it be,

something vile and in motion.

It makes me shutter and quake,

as it scurries around,

to try and escape;

for death it is bound.

In a raging fit,

A quick action I’ve took

As I smash it to bits

under my stomping foot.
